Returns Policy
You may return any item, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt. It's that simple. Just contact us. We'll even pay the return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We always offer free shipping on orders over $75 to the lower 48 states, and whenever possible we ship via USPS Priority Mail to get your items to you in 3 business days or less from the date of shipping. Occasionally with small and/or lightweight purchases we'll use USPS First Class mail which usually delivers within 3 days but can take up to 5. Please note, however, that some products have ingredients which carry restrictions set by the federal government that limit shipping options. These items are marked ORM-D and must ship via standard ground transit (UPS/FedEx) which can take up to 5 business days. ORM-D items may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes per federal regulations. Heavy/bulky items may incur extra charges, and typically ship via standard ground transit and also may not ship to PO Boxes.
In many cases, we can also ship free to any US address outside the lower 48 states, including Alaska and Hawai'i, as well as any APO/FPO addresses. In some cases, however, such as with ORM-D or heavy items, there may be surcharges for those addresses outside the lower 48 states. These charges should appear on the order checkout page, but if not just contact us to arrange shipping.
